Reservation

¡EThe Seminar Room if open forMember's reservations for
meeting or seminar purpose. bookings could be made up to 1 month in
advance of the function.

Cancellation
|
| ¡Eancellation made 14 Days before the date of the room booked, the booking Memberwill be charged 50% of the room rental. For the cancellation made less than 14 days before the date of the room booked, the booking Member will be charged the full rental. |
|
No show penalty
|
| ¡EIf the booking Member falls to show up for the reservation, a penalty equals to the full rental will be debited to his / her Club account. |

Room Rental
|
|
¡EHK$400 per hour and a minimum number of two hours should
be booked.
|
|
Others
|
| ¡EOnly drinks are allowed. Meals are strictly not allowed inside the Seminar Room. |
